I am interested to talk to SDIRA custodians preferably local to the DFW Texas area to expand my investments in real estate. Also any recommendations on any learning docs available to understand SDIRA better

@Bruce Lynn  Quest was bought by Inspera from Chocago in September, 2024 and is no more a seperate company.  In addition the new company does not do Solo 401K any longer.
