Here in Florida we have certain municipalities that have a tenants bill of rights and they require a 60 or 90 day time periods and that you can only raise the rent xxx%

We have a number of highly intrusive bugs at different times of the year in this area, stink bugs, ladybugs and millipedes to name a few and even during the daytime during ladybug season would be a disaster I would think.
