My favorite is the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (alternates every other month with their Worcester location, next Waltham meeting is in July, also I'm in West Newton as well and it is BY FAR the closest one to us as well).

Why not make a few thousand bucks on the side by helping your closest friends or family members?

There is the NHREIA in Manchester as the closest one I know of.  

I think the closest I have seen so far is this company New Western Acquisitions and a few other companies like it, and even then, their ARV numbers in general are hard to comp. 

Yes I have been thinking of buying and renting in Vegas as it's the closest out of State city that may be considered.  

If you're interested in meeting more local investors the Southern CTReia is great, there is an even better group that meets Wednesday in Fairfield, and then CT Reia is probably the closest for you, they meet in Meriden.

The closest meetings I have found were in the Sacramento area. 

Tell them "My business is based on referrals and my goal is to provide you with 10+ service so that when you close on your home you feel confident and excited to refer me to your closest family and friends"2) Then: when the transaction is at it's most emotionally charged (positive) state, say they just won out on a multiple offer, ask them for a referral.
