You can implement your own systems, decisions can be made in hours rather than weeks, and tyou can focus on your deals, not the otters 1000s of units third party has to manage.To say one is better than the other is difficult if you dont have all the facts.

HI, I think first of all it is important to identify which investment strategy you are going to implement.

You will want to implement a system like Laundroworks (there are others, but they are a good starting point).

If you don't mind providing some data for me to reference I'd appreciate it, but understand if you want to keep some or all personal--namely I'd be interested in approximate location, bd/ba count of your property and the rent % increase (or if you're comfortable sharing actual prices) implemented between your last tenant and current one. 

The overall goal is to do the traditional 'stack' over the next 5 years (duplex this year, double the number doors each year for 5 years, a la Multifamily Millionaire).Implementing the above strategy isn’t quite as simple as his understanding.

@Viral Mehta why haven't you already implemented these procedures to test them out while you are still local?

Given this is your first property, the overhead might not make sense, nonetheless this sounds more like a system implementation issue and less a challenging tenant.
