In my DC neighborhood, new people would complain and engage city services to better the neighborhood and old timers would complain about the new comers wanting to change everything.

I'm still surprised the previous management did not notice the issue.In Southern California, if you call in a Gas Leak the Gas Company will come really fast.I did not know the answer, so I researched it if C02 Detectors will detect a natural gas leak.

NOw I can see Engineer types or digging it.. but really its all about a decent house and decent tenants.. no more complicated than that.And if your trying to establish markets that are up and comers those are different metrics and usually are not cash flow markets...

We're looking to add about 10 more up and comers to our team.

I really have appreciated the service being provided here as a new comer.

We've LandHacked 7 acres up on Stevens Pass and have the property decked out with a Yurt, Tiny House, Historic Schoolhouse, and more to come, rented on Airbnb.
