I know many agents who try to hold together garbage, at the expense of their clients best interests. 

I feel like I should be tipping them for keeping competition at bay.In a few years when the Mike's of the world start wanting to buy in the city we'll be selling them our properties for 3x+ markups and heading to the next up-and-coming city that everyone enjoys regurgitating garbage mainstream media opinions about.
