Leave the details up to others and you will be amazed at how many things can get screwed up and/or delayed.Since at least several of our California metro county recorders' examiners are especially picky about notary seals, we've taken the extreme measure of including an instruction page denoting what the page should and should not have, I guess since there are people who are notaries who don't know how to do their job correctly.
