Hello from Columbus, Ohio

Hi everyone,

I'm a 23+ year software developer from Columbus Ohio looking to get started in investing.

I've been on BP for a little over a month now and have listened to all the podcasts, more than once. This is a great site and a great community.

I'm new to Real Estate Investing. I've been interested in real estate for many years but just didn't have the knowledge and/or nerve to get started as an investor. The extent of my real estate experience has come as consumer. I've bought and sold a building lot as wells as small starter home that I lived in for the past 15 years. I was just recently remarried and upgraded to larger home with plenty of room for our family of 9 (between us we have 7 kids).

I hope to meet a lot of new friends, learn as much as possible from everyone here and get busy investing in real estate.
