You have both Massanutten, and Wintergreen resorts.

Do not resort to self-help and move the property at this point.

Nevertheless, there are some exceptions in cities or resort towns where the land values are off-the-charts as you probably know.

@Eli Rods Have you already started the eviction...eviction is the absolute last resort in almost every case...but it would depend on the state laws where the eviction takes place...connecting with a lawyer is your best bet....but your PM or local agent should be able to get you what you need...
