COA and resort fees on 3 Sandestin condos

Ok, gotcha. Sandestin. I didn't realize that was a resort.

You should really reach out to the association like @John Underwood said. They are the ones that can help you. Maybe they have a plan in place for this. Do you know if the resort has full time residents or is it mostly/all vacation homes and/or rentals?

The bottom line is they have to pay for the place as well, so you might be on the hook.
