Out of state Landlord dealing with eviction cases

Hi Fellow BPers, I am an out of state landlord and am wondering how fellow out of state landlords deal with court cases involving tenant evictions? Lawyer fees are expensive and management is out of the question since I manage the multi unit myself. Any advice is appreciated please. Thank you.
