The US armed forces will not accept you if you fall outside of certain height/weight parameters, as do police and firefighters.

I know that holds weight to being true.

I also second @Ned Carey - when you find someone worth their weight you do not want to share them with everyone...because then they have no time for your projects.

Here are the things I do daily to stay motivated to reaching my goals:1. 35 minutes running, 30 minutes lifting weights daily.

The scoring is weighted toward the high end, though, so even 650 credit scores are still bad.

I personally put more weight into those posts from people who've been through at least one downturn in the market vs. those who've only been riding the wave of this current run up.  

Maybe the partner/contractor was greedy, did not pull his weight,  still marked up the reno to retail, and many other scenarios.

Are you thinking that my suggestion that BRRRR might work in Columbus carries little weight since we've not successfully completed one?

@William Robison   thank you for a reality check on the reality of certain tenant demands and what you will and won't do form a professional that is in the trenchs daily. anyone considering buying rentals should have someone like William give them a second opinon other than just listening to who is selling the property to you.. a good PM is worth their weight.
