Investor Friendly Baltimore Contractors

Currently looking for a contractor to give me an estimate on a foreclosure I am looking at in the Baltimore area. Can anyone recommend a reliable and investor friendly contractor? The main work would be in the unfinished basement and the kitchen. Also open to other upgrades suggested by contractor.

@Vincent Di salvoif you don't have a GC you are sold on one strategy you can do is what I started doing at the beginning. Every property I would have 4-5 GC's come do a walk through and bid on the property. You can compare their prices and there will be a drastic difference in price and response time(tell them you want a bid on your scope of work within 48 Hours). Out of those 4-5 GC's you may find one or two that you like(posibly none). On the next project I will have the GC's that I liked do a walk through and bid on the next property with 3-4 new GC's that I haven't tried yet. I rinsed and repeated this process until I found one GC that has the lead on all my rehabs and I have a second GC I use as a back up or for additional properties that my main GC cant handle.
