Daily Goals to Stay Motivated and On-track

Hey BiggerPockets! Just wanted to share my daily/weekly goals and see what kinds of goals others set for themselves.  It might be beneficial to know how everyone stays motivated and on-track.  I'm still pretty new to this whole 'Pocket' thing, and often feel like I have a lot of catching up to do.  But I'm pretty determined to get there.

Current Daily Goals:

-Watch/listen to at least one BiggerPockets Podcast (I've been averaging 4 ...what?  They're addictive! And I drive a lot)

-Read 5 chapters of a Real Estate or Business book (Up next is Set For Life)

-Analyze at least one property, then figure out at what price point it makes sense (I don't yet know much about fancy creative financing, so I'm pretty limited there)

-300 pushups (Averaging one if you count pushing myself up out of bed in the morning)

-Annoy coworkers, bosses, and innocent passersby by telling them all about my real estate goals, then gauge interest

Weekly Goals:

-Drive for Dollars 3 days a week (Honestly, I'm doing this all the time anyway since much of my work requires driving all over the state)

-Attend any Meetups that aren't during work hours (So far, this has been zero.  I work a lot)

What goals do you like to set for yourself?

Great idea for a thread.

Here are the things I do daily to stay motivated to reaching my goals:

1. 35 minutes running, 30 minutes lifting weights daily. One of my goals is to be in top physical condition. I eat healthy and exercise fanatically every day.

2. Listen to an audiobook on business, sales, real estate, or motivation while working out. I believe strongly in educating myself more to reach my goals.

3. Practice my Spanish 30 minutes a day. I am fluent, but I do not want to lose my proficiency. One of my old goals was to learn a new language. Well I did it.

4. Arrive at my job early and focus 100% on being the best at it. While for some the goal is to get away from a job they hate, I love my career as a Federal Agent with DHS. I work hard and I work a lot.

5. Take my dog for a walk, make dinner for my Fiancée and sit down and talk to her for an hour every day. I want a powerful relationship. I intently listen and allow her to tell me everything. I do not pass judgement or offer advice. This is the time I allow her to vent and offer my support.

Including my Fiancée in my real estate obsession is also important.

6. Read. I have dozens of books. I rarely watch tv any more. I only read books on business, sales, wealth, and real estate. I try to read for 30 minutes every day.
