Where are the Baby Boomers moving to that sell them their first home?

Basically I have to baby sit the seller and keep my buyer moving forward through the process.

I have a wife and a 4 month old baby in our current home which we bought 3 years ago.

We inherited these gems & the young woman was HOME ALL DAY watching soaps with 2 babies.

They use terms like, "my babies daddy" and other red flags that prevent them from finding housing.

It's time that we as a society focus this debate on the life of the baby, which overrides the right to do what someone wants to their body, except maybe in extreme circumstances.

If its not fixed the aging baby boomers will be a tremendous burden.I wish there was a viable private enterprise solution.
