Is there website to find the vacant homes in the area you want, create your post card, and send it in one?

I’m telling you guys how to do this if you’re doing it in your own market, as I said earlier I do a lot of virtual wholesaling so other people find the buyers.You go out there you market the property on Craigslist, plan the signs, you can send postcards out to recent buyers in the area in the past six months.

PostcardsMail simple postcards to areas with high turnover rates and include a link to a landing page.

Also, if I have postcards can I leave them in the mailbox of distressed properties I see or do I have to mail them to the house.

Whether that be a letter with a different color envelope, or a postcard that is a different color or size.

Postcards generally get a lower response rate, maybe 1%, but are cheaper to send out. 

@Nicholas ArmstrongI have had the most success landing good deals by doing direct mail marketing, which is a combination of yellow letters, post cards, and very aggressive follow up.

I have been thinking of using a different name on my postcards and letters but that might be unethical?  

I sent a postcard to their Georgia address but no reply.  

Those materials are outdated and come from someone who hasn't wholesaled in year, if ever.They all tell you to do the same stuff with a slight variation - letters, yellow letters, post cards, band it signs, etc.
