Probate lists-Wholesalers-Yellow Letters: What works for you?

Hello all!

I was just wondering what process you have used to successfully purchase off market deals to flip?

I have thought about probate lists because it should require less time from me (which at this point is most valuable) but I am not sure how profitable it will be.

Yellow letters I know is all about the numbers. You send 1,000 letters, get 30 Calls, make an offer on 5 and bag one, maybe two.

Do you use a wholesaler? If so do they bring you actual flipping deals?

As a flipper, what process has brought you the most success as regards to off market deals?
