HELP. RIPOFF REPORT.

I have been doing direct mail off and on since 2010. Back in 2012 someone went on ripoff report and said I was a scam artist. When I first notice this is was not a big deal b/c it didn't show up on first page of google. But now it's the first listing on google search and I'm losing a lot of business b/c of this. I think anyway.

Here is the post

"I received a very unprofessional handwritten note from "Lamont Jones" expressing interest in buying my "property in Lynchburg, VA". He did not specificy which property. The return address is a post office box. The Lynchburg web site shows no property owned by KC Realty or Lamont Jones.

In my other research I turned up a complaint on this web site stating that the same company, but different name, was operating an identity theft scheme.
I did not attempt to contact this person."

I have been looking at ways to get this removed. If you do a search of removing ripoff report on Google all kinds of remedies come up, I won't bore u with all the suggestions. It seems the most reliable one is to Get Google to Delist the Report from its Index.  Which means I would have to get a court order and that would cost me 6k minimum attorneys retainer fee.

I have been thinking of using a different name on my postcards and letters but that might be unethical?  What do u think, would it be wrong to use a fake name or any other suggestions on getting rid of this ripoff report    .

Found it... get over it. The poor butt-hurt person you sent your letter to was not in their right mind about this, they have probably been victim to scams in the past or thought you were a South African prince in need of money.

When at the Rip-Off Report website you can file a rebuttal or request a VIP Arbitration (starts about $2000.00) the information is all on the ROR website and in about 30 seconds you can resolve this... Anyone can file an ROR about anyone for anything... they are not investigated and I think that ROR is a Rip-Off personally since they allow people to vent their vitriol without any controls.
