I'd think you'd like low PE stocks with solid dividends, but....

Just like evaluating stocks like PE ratio, look for under valued, under the radar metro cities that is the midst of an emerging market. 

When dealing with the foundation companies/contractors, they are likely to tell you what they know best and it might very well work but unless they are having someone stamp it as a PE plus file it and take liability, I wouldn't trust their input.     

Hi Sam, Just to get clarification on your question, are you looking for what sponsors/PE groups build syndicated funds around a NNN strategy? 

P/E ratios would go from around 30 to 1, up to the moon.  

I interned over the fall at a boutique PE Real Estate firm as an acquisition analyst in Houston.

A PE firm also bought all or some of BP which brings in its own set of pressures to hit metrics (increase mAU, Revenue per user, % of users with Pro/ Premium).
