College Internship Advice
Hey all,
I am looking for some advice. I am currently a sophomore at Georgetown University studying finance. I interned over the fall at a boutique PE Real Estate firm as an acquisition analyst in Houston. It was wonderful experience! I am finishing up the semester and have a few offers to juggle between:
1. A boutique multifamily development internship in Houston (Spring & Summer 2021)
2. JLL Capital Markets (Summer 2021)
3. Continue searching for Summer 2021 opportunities
4. Study abroad during summer 2021 at Oxford.
Overall, I really need you guy's help. All of these opportunities sound interesting but I have received all sorts of advice suggesting I go with a bigger more structured internship program like JLL as 1. bigger name 2. structure. However, I really cannot decide. I would like to learn as much as possible but not bounce around from job-to-job as I do not think that would look great either. Any tips would be helpful!
