If you have any advice or feed back I would appreciate it.

I have time to search for deals, I just need some guidance hence why I am immersing myself in all the information at biggerpockets and attending local events, as well.I am hungry for success, but I am not desperate for a deal in order to feed my family. 

Just wanted to jot down a few things.I get probably 10 mail pieces a week from various parts of the country on assets we own.. we target the same thing wholesalers do so we get these.I had a few surplus properties so ...

Real estate agents have been feeding the "you get what you pay for" line for years..but do you? 

I don't mind putting in the work, but naturally having a 9-6 to be able to feed my family, I don't foresee any brokerage letting me work on weekends or just nights.Is this assumption incorrect? 

Lastly if you read between the lines on all the feed back.  1)real estate is hard 2)everyone has a hard time with it 3)lots of people are in your position. 

This is what valuable real-world learning is always like, not the spoon-feeding we've all come to expect from our miserable educational system.Trust me, it's not all Greek to you. 

If you have a vacant property and pay me a property in disrepair and it's not feeding you income, you’re getting eaten up with property taxes with insurance, water bills, grass cutting, snow plowing, repairs and city violations.
