Hello all!

My profile pretty much tells it all so please check out my profile description.

In a nutshell, I am working to break into the commercial/multifamily real estate investing space. I have time to search for deals, I just need some guidance hence why I am immersing myself in all the information at biggerpockets and attending local events, as well.

I am hungry for success, but I am not desperate for a deal in order to feed my family. Cash flow is my goal. I reside in Houston, but I have boots on ground in Memphis, TN and Shreveport, LA.
