Glad it wasn't an expensive deal.I had lots of fun issues, including the buyer I was owner financing to through them decided they didn't want it anymore and just moved out, moving someone else in and not telling anyone, the someone else being an illegal immigrant family, the "property manager" ATW had at the time quit and decided he wanted to go back to being a dentist or something, of course I never found out about this until I called them repeatedly about why my payments were missing.

I wanted to see if any of you have any experience using what is known as a "physician/doctor loan". this type of loan is available for medical professionals (dentists, podiatrists, surgeons, etc) that usually lets them borrow about certain LTV limits and not have to pay PMI. the down payment requirements are usually a lot less (sometimes as low as 3-5%).

My county tases increase every year even though I pay them on time, my insurance premium increases every year even though I've been with them for 25 years, my dock fees increase annually and they haven't upgraded the marina in years, plus my dentist has raises his fees and I've been with him 30 years.
