Finding Accredited Investors

Hello My Wealth Building Friends!

I love Real Estate. SO much that I want everyone to have a chance to invest in it. I'm on a path of building a network of accredited investors who are interested in passive returns by having real estate in their portfolio. But here's my question...I've met so many investors who are "Hands On" investors. I know flippers, wholesalers, landlords, self storage owners, etc. But where are those people who have money to invest and want it in real estate without having to change a lightbulb or deal with contractors?

Where would you go to network with accredited investors who are interested in passive returns?  I have no doubt the BP community will fill this thread with brilliant ideas. Wishing you all the best in your endeavors.
