I confronted him and asked him why he didn’t remove all that infected drywall inside the closet and he said that his company doesn’t deal with air conditioners and didn’t want to be liable for messing up the ductwork etc.

Did anyone has used Mini-split ductless heat and air conditioners in their rental and will I have issues if there is no heat in the basement since I will get rid of the boiler but I will still use the water heater.Thank you all
