Hi, when calculating your net, what are all the expenses involved with AirBNB monthly rentals versus a long-term rental comparison?

What are hidden cost factors and situations that a lot of newer short-term rental landlords make and what mistakes to avoid? Thanks.

I pay for WiFi, pool service, lawn service, utilities such as water and electric.  I also provide consumables such as coffee, toilet paper, kleenex, laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner.
