Hello, I am looking at purchasing a short term rental property in Tennessee, I am from the UK and aware I need to start an LLC to be able to purchase the property and operate the business.

I rent SOME of my homes to people without modern verifiable credit and background (read: undocumented residents or recent immigrants).

Had immigrant tenants pour bacon grease down the sink drains On a regular basis  .

Honestly, it is difficult for some international immigrants to move out of the Bay Area due to the conveniences that the location offers to them including international grocery stores and friends and family networks for cultural similarities. 

I don't know what impact the original NAFTA had on the real estate market.I also expect higher wages, due to decreased immigration (building of the wall).

They want to drive out oil and gas, they embraced gun control and chased off gun manufacturers, legalized recreational marijuana, they coddle illegal immigrants...it's just a matter of time before it turns hard blue.
