The cameras has armored cable that could not be cut easily especially 30 feet in the air.

Cable, cheaper cell service, different insurance company, higher deductibles. 

It's the same thing as their other vendors (electricity, cable, etc) ask for, so it's pretty commonplace now.

I eat out once a week (I pack my lunches), no cable TV, cell phone bills are below average.

What you're trying to avoid are those folks who haven't paid their cell phone bills, cable, internet and on and on (the record I got was someone with...150...yes, 150 accounts in collections!).

Utilities are a issue so shared cable, electric, should be figured out and included with rent so your covered for costs.. 

No cable.

Everything should be on the table for consideration - can you get by with a less expensive cable TV plan (or no cable at all), can you save money by replacing burned out light bulbs with LED bulbs, can you mow your own grass instead of hiring somebody, you get the idea.  

Regular credit card payments around 300 month total ( Thats double the minimum payment in order to pay it down ) cable bill elect etc. the usual.

The house is wired for cable and fiber optics so that should cover most prospective tenants.
