Im curious to know who here has real estate in Australia?

Australia is seeing major vacancies and drops in rent rates.

We have contacted 1210 Capital and the American Association of Private Lenders and reported him.He was very good...but money up front to a bank account with a completely different name on it was a huge red flag.It is heart breaking, we are from Australia and we have a great deal but the way the contract is worded is making it difficult to fund and this guy just wasted our time.Oh well, back to the drawing board.CheersDale Zanker

If you are based in Canada, UK or Australia, it's possible to convert your local credit history into a US credit score.

Or is this method only used in Australia?

I'm from Australia (please don't hold that against me) although I was born in the US so I do have a social security number and passport etc.

Please keep in mind, most of my investors are out of town (out of country[australia]) and I feel like a lot of them are trusting, but not trusting at the same time

At least it makes sense that would be the result...and if you look at countries like Australia/Tanzania, you'll see that banning guns almost completely wiped out gun-related crime/murder.Would shootings go to zero by outlawing guns?
