You no longer need to hire movers. 

That's how movers move heavy appliances without destroying their knees and backs. 

The problem is I don't have much time during the week to move and it's hard to schedule movers during weekends.

My question is that do we need to bring a professional locksmith and movers once we get the green light from Constable ?
