Wholesaler finding niche in Real Estate Investing

I'm a wholesaler in Massachusetts, I live in the South Shore area. I'm open to the many avenues Real Estate Investing provides. Currently gaining the knowledge to begin flipping, all while working to optimize my wholesaling system. Would love to engage and potentially partner up with like-minded individuals in the industry.

@Brahms Guignard

Make sure you use a good software to track the leads if you bird dog for other wholesalers as suggested by @Mike Hurney. This way you can make sure you get paid at closing if you know the status of each deal.
