You should have received several emails with the link - but they probably ended up in your Spam folder :(  That said, if you were signed up, you'll be able to watch the replay tomorrow!

If you go to the "Network" tab at the top ofthe screen, you can type in "Fort Myers, FL".From there, you can connect with people in your localmarket.Just remember, don't spam anyone as the algorithm willblock you.Hope this helps!

This way I don't have to give my tenants my personal phone number and don't have to answer all those SPAM calls I get to my personal number because they might actually be business related.Thanks!

Hey @James Gleeson there is a lot of questions here to unpack so I'll tackle the first one and maybe others will jump in to help with the others.  

There's clearly a middle ground between this and owning two quads for a couple years that I would need to graduate from first before tackling something like this.

But primarily wanted to get input on whether or not I should spam offers.

some will be filled with garbage etc.this forum is HEAVILY guarded against spam posts i'm sure.
