Hello all, I am looking to build a team in the MN twin cities area. I am a mortgage broker but that has no influence, can be used as an avenue if needed. I also have access to the MLS. Need contractors and investors others to partner together and help each other out. Looking to flip homes, the worst house in the best areas.
