For now on any advice I receive from a agent or an attorney I'm going to confirm it in a follow up email, if its said in person.I'm just keeping my toes and fingers crossed that nothing else comes up on the title search.

@Craig Bellot certainly seems to have his finger on the pulse of this market too. 

We recently renovated our 3rd floor master suite to add a roof deck and bathroom for Airbnb so fingers crossed.  

I don't want to have anyone family taken from them but they don't seem to worry about them living in an unclean place. 

I'm still waiting to find out which it was and keeping my fingers crossed.

The investers do check mls, they dont need a wholeseller to point a finger at a great deal.

Fingers crossed, my tenants will enjoy it as well. 

I have my fingers crossed that Crystal gets a deal out of this, but we don't expect many deals on less than $500 cost of advertising.
