Apartment buildings in connecticut
hi, I am currently a multifamily investor in New Jersey, but recently overheard and came across good deals in Connecticut.
I was wondering if there is anyone here that would be able to tell me more about the Connecticut markets.
(It would be around a 2 hour drive from my home, so I would need to know how good it really is..)
thank you

There are deals in Hartford, but you have to line up a property manager before you get into it, because it's Hartford is a PITA that no one is willing to manage.
