With so may CRM's out there my brokers keep asking me what is a good software program to keep their customers in.Any recommendations ?

I’ve read a lot and learned a lot (still a lot to learn), but I’m not sure what the best financial apps/softwares are out there for this type of investment.

Cash flowing $200 in an area that is continually on the rise since the new Hard Rock Casino Resort will be opening in a few months approx. 7 miles down the street.

The area is steadily increasing with the new signing of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and many new distribution centers coming to the area. 

I was reading on FlipSter software anyone using or know about this Software?

I’ve searched and searched for an app or a spreadsheet or software to help me and my partner keep track of property that we’re interested in, ones that don’t work, ones that we should see, ones we’ve already seen, ones that don’t pencil out, etc.I paid one penny less than a dollar for an app called Flip Anything and its almost what I’m looking for, but it doesn’t have the bells and whistles I wish it did.

As I’m getting more responses, it has even dawned on me that as I would join a team, I would be able to work with various softwares and techniques to help with client management, marketing, closing, etc.

I own an vacation rental and am looking to automate the scheduling of the cleaning. Has anyone used Turnoverbnb or Properly to sync calendars and automate the scheduling?

(Disclaimer: I worked for them a few years back)There are a bunch of new student housing buildings going up already in Davie and Cooper City along University Avenue to support University of Florida and the entire Nova campus, but I believe there is still opportunity due to the popularity of our destination as well as for people moving to take jobs at the new Hard Rock Casino and Hotel.

Do any of you use a real estate software to find and analyze deals?
