Real Estate Software - Any advice?

Do any of you use a real estate software to find and analyze deals? What are your thoughts on this? Any recommendations or warnings? My husband and I are newbies and both work full-time. We are finding that seeking out properties is very time consuming and I'm wondering if a real estate software might make this process a little easier. We listened to a webinar last night hosted by Legacy Education and they were pushing a software called RESS. They just touched on it but, claimed it streamlined the property search process by giving you access to properties before they go on retail sites like realtor.com. Do you use a tool like this to find deals? If so, what software program do you like? Any advice/experience you could share with us would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
