How do you keep track of property while hunting?

I’ve searched and searched for an app or a spreadsheet or software to help me and my partner keep track of property that we’re interested in, ones that don’t work, ones that we should see, ones we’ve already seen, ones that don’t pencil out, etc.

I paid one penny less than a dollar for an app called Flip Anything and its almost what I’m looking for, but it doesn’t have the bells and whistles I wish it did. There was an app called CrumbTracks, but it’s not available anymore.

My dream app would allow me to do the following:

• add photos and flyers

• copy and paste info from any website with a click or two

• Keep multiple notes

• Maybe have a positives and negatives section

• Have a mapping tool to coordinates with google maps to create routes for open houses or drive bys (houses I want to see from the outside before scheduling a showing)

• keep links to websites or files

• Have a special feature to AUTOMATICALLY ALERT MY PSYCHIATRIST TO GET MY BED READY AT THE INSANE ASYLUM!

Oh - and another ? I can’t find the answer to...why doesn’t Zillow it any of the other listing apps allow you to print anything? For instance, you find a list of all open houses in your area and you can’t print the list or you want to print all the listing information and the exterior and interior photos? I asked an agent and she said because realtors pay exorbitant amounts of money to get leads from the websites so they want potential buyers to push the contact agent buttons.

These apps below are great for copying and pasting information and storing it. I use them for my mystery shopping business when I write my reports. It also helps in a case like right now when I’m typing like a maniac and I’m afraid when I push submit something will go wrong and I’ll lose all this writing.
