You may still have to go to the Planning Board to get an approved site plan for the house though and would need to hire a surveyor and engineer to survey the lot and prepare a boundary plan and proposed site plan for the property.

I had a question about the 2012 survey BiggerPockets ran in collaboration with Memphis invest.Specifically, in the following question, the percentage age up to more than 100% (129% to be exact) - does anyone know why that's the case?
