Good morning all....Your thoughts on sending surveys to your owners (landlords) and to your tenants asking how you are doing as their property manager?

Zillow likely uses survey results to improve the renter experience and listing quality.

Do I take my survey that I had done to a land planner to see how many lots can be put on the tract.

No one can explain how this happened and it was recently surveyed 3 weeks ago with the measurements in the attached picture.

@Ryan Leake thanks for sharing helpful tips.Steps 4 and 5 for "boosting ratings" is why I've designed an auto-mated post-stay review intercept survey.

So I obtained the original survey of the home when it was built and at different points when it was sold (I was fortunate in that family had owned it before me and I was able to do the research to get to all of those surveys). 

I recently ordered a survey on the two lots I own, and realized that I may be approaching this the wrong way. 

I did receive an email 14OCT from Frederic Robinson about filling up a survey.
