He was 12 ft up on a ladder, it bounced back & he took a shot to the head with the blade & it nearly killed him & it did take off two fingers.

According the "How to rent guide", I should take only cashiers check or money order so as to avoid a check bouncing, but from my experience Cash App and others alike do not allow to send payment if there are no funds in the source account.

(Two months back the check bounced and they cleared by paying the rent and bounce fees).

Also, getting to know a lender in the area and bounce ideas off of them.

My mind has been bouncing around to different ideas but I'd love to find a local bank where I can invest in properties in Chicago with about 5-10% down.
