Cash Transfering Apps

I would really like rely on my Cash App to collect rent from my future tenants. According the "How to rent guide", I should take only cashiers check or money order so as to avoid a check bouncing, but from my experience Cash App and others alike do not allow to send payment if there are no funds in the source account.
