Best thing to do is pay a little more than a window unit and buy a portable A/C & Heating unit on wheels that you can roll around and put in your rentals temporality when A/C goes out that you can have an use for the next 20 yrs.

Hi…so we have this 6 flat we bought a month ago and we did another walk through today and of the newest tenants (not leased by us) was a bit odd…not strange in mental health way, but somethings didn't add up….she claims she is the only person living there but NONE of the closets have ANY clothes…zero, nota stich.

the property does have a walk through bedroom or large closet depending on how one wants to use it and several large maple trees in the back yard that also make it advantageous to sell.
