strange renter--what could this mean
Hi…so we have this 6 flat we bought a month ago and we did another walk through today and of the newest tenants (not leased by us) was a bit odd…not strange in mental health way, but somethings didn't add up….she claims she is the only person living there but NONE of the closets have ANY clothes…zero, nota stich. the place smells like dog but there is no dog and she claims that the only dog ever to see the place is a service dog that comes over with a friend once a month (no way it is once a month). only pieces of furniture are a bed, small couch and a strange piece of exercise equipment. any thoughts on what to watch for?????

Many times when people don't have many possessions it means they don't have much money. Those without much money may have issues paying the rent.
