Some include disposables like Toilet paper and what not. 

@Mindy JensenHi Mindy, caveat all this with I've not taken any kind of classes and have no certification on asbestos, but we have re mediated and disposed of some items that tested positive on a rehab. 

Then I could pursue a BRRR or House Hack deal in my late twenties when I have more money at my disposal.

I also recognize that “new furnace” on the listing sounds good, especially to buyers in this price range that might not have a lot of disposable income each month.

Additionally, there are new standards in energy efficiency that will be becoming more relevant when it comes to disposing the property in the future, and may impact your future rent-ability.
