Hotel, restaurant, resort?

The sectors we are interested in are healthcare, casinos, resorts, and large urban redevelopment projects ( mixed use ).

My portfolio has grown and includes cash flowing investments such as turnkey properties nationally, both short and long term lending deals, notes and collateral assignments, self storage investments, multifamily and commercial properties, tax liens investments, resort properties, and more as well as the formation of a robust Family Office to organize and direct these investment in the most prudent tax mitigated fashion.The awesome part was all the resources were part of our group, in one place.

Vacation destinations around ski resorts, beaches, etc. 

Was wondering if anyone had this problem and had to resort to a commercial umbrella policy and if you have suggestions on the best way to go about that.

Anyone else seeing how much of a cash cow these 7-15 bedroom properties in resort style communities near the amusement parks are? 

It is in a resort community and the properties in the community regularly rent 25-30 weeks a year, or about $30K of income per year. 

While you have your flipping networks set-up you now have nice capital to deploy into quality, appreciating, cash flow producing real estate like multi fam buildings, luxury SFHs in resort areas. 

Most resorts I visit have firepits with gas....after a couple drinks, no one cares....

Heck, if it fails you could turn it into a cabin retreat hunting resort or lake resort of cabins to rent.
