Anyone else seeing how much of a cash cow these 7-15 bedroom properties in resort style communities near the amusement parks are?

Sounds like some kind of spam but I'll bite.

Cap Rate doesn't really apply on single family homes. You can't force up the value based on income. It will always be based on comps. But yes Orlando does well for the right candidate!
