Good Morning,I have been watching the apartment boards for some time now and have learned a ton, thanks to all that contribute and share their time.I have been looking for multifamily properties for a couple months now and am in the final stages of negotiations on a 12 unit in a C-class area that is bouncing back due to the recent development spurred by the city and state.

It's also nice to have someone with half a brain to bounce ideas/concerns off of such as how a vacant property next door will affect value or how buyers/renters will perceive a feature or lack thereof.

So I’ve gotten a list from my agent and I want to bounce some numbers off of everyone here.

I am based in Indianapolis, but am working my tail off to get into the world of commercial REI--multi-family just being one of the potential targets.Hoping to connect and bounce some ideas off of each other.

Most likely If the floors are level, not squeaking or bouncing when you walk across the room it is all good.

I have everyone pay their rent online so that I don't have any problems with bounced checks.

Hopefully we can bounce ideas off one another along the way!

I don't attend any meetings but I am in the Philadelphia area and would enjoy having someone my age to bounce ideas off

Going to meetups is a great way to get to know people in the area doing the same thing to learn and bounce ideas off of.
