I am a new investor to the area and would love some tips on what has or has not worked for you in this area? We are looking to flip houses or possibly long term rentals as well and would love some insight.

Welcome! Columbus is a great market to be in and I would agree with @Austin McClain that meet ups and getting connected is one of the best things.
