I only work with actual turnkey companies, so haven't worked with Roofstock to know this, but is the PM that comes with those properties through Roofstock or is it farmed out to a local manager not affiliated with Roofstock?

This guy came from a recommendation from a friend with rentals (his had issues a year after it- b/c again he put in crap)... and the guy was a top person on Angie's List.. and pushed his church affiliation--- ALL BS.   

We also have affiliates in other states I can work with.

It was an affiliate marketing machine they put together and with that comes a high cost. 50% of the cost out of your pocket is to pay the high commission to the marketers.

As someone who depends largly on Realtors to bring in deals (similar to yourself) I fully comprehend how this could affect your business.

The education is good and fairly comprehensive, but they spend waaayyyy too much time trying to "encourage" you to join their affiliate program for $125 a year plus another $99 per month.
